Magnitude 5.6 earthquake hit 5 miles from Alum Rock in the south bay area. I was miles away in Mountain View when it hit and we felt it quite a bit- I’m wondering what they felt over there.

A friend of mine told me about upromise.com. It is a website/rebate service that saves money towards your education. They get rebates from retailers (for the referral I assume) who then deposits that rebate into your upromise account where it stays until they give it to a school (for tuition or whatever).
